Sing Move Regulate aligns closely with the Early Years Learning Framework by supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development through play-based, intentional learning experiences.
The program contributes to key EYLF outcomes, including:
Outcome 1: Children have a strong sense of identity
Through our workshops children build self-awareness, confidence, and a sense of agency over their body as they learn to recognise and express their needs.
Outcome 2: Children are connected with and contribute to their world
We deliver group activities that support cooperation, turn-taking, cultural awareness, inclusion, and respect and consideration for the world around us.
Outcome 3: Children have a strong sense of wellbeing
All workshops provide fun activities to promote a personal experience of well-being sense of wellbeing among the children (and facilitators!) We encourage our groups to continue nurturing this felt sense within their homes and classrooms so that environmental learning can take place where-ever they go.
Outcome 4: Children are confident and involved learners
Our main goal is for children to identify and cultivate a sense of safety in their bodies.
When children are confident they are more likely to explore, engage, support, be curious and participate in group activities.
Outcome 5: Children are effective communicators
Children develop emotional and sensory vocabulary, supporting their ability to express feelings and needs.
All of our facilitators have a current Police Clearance and Working With Children Check.
English is our first language and we can all speak using the ASL alphabet.

Sing Move Regulate is designed to be flexible and responsive to each setting.
Sessions can be adapted to suit different age groups, group sizes, routines and environments, whether delivered in early learning centres, schools, or community spaces.
The program can also be shaped around your unique priorities, such as supporting smoother transitions into the learning environment, building emotional awareness, or strengthening social connection within the group.
Activities are adjusted in real time to meet children where they’re at, allowing for varying levels of confidence, engagement, and developmental needs.
